I feel like teammate sigma would be a great video right now
But there isn’t one yet
So
Guess I’ll leave this here

How about this - TELL THEM.
Tell them what you are doing, and what you don’t want them to do.
They can’t read your mind.
They don’t know that the enemy is 1tick away from being frozen. Just because YOU know something, that doesn’t mean they do.
Yeah, except everyone is.
It’s not their fault you would rather get mad at them then tell them what you’re doing
ok just as soon as you stop walling off people I’m shooting at
I lose braincells whenever I get a big Blizzard and my Hog’s only reaction is to whole hog everyone back and get away
You deserve it for playing mei in a game
Game is designed for people who are aware to play around people who are not, since there’s no direct reflection of what they did wrong and what they didn’t.
Fundamental design flaw.
Try being Reinhardt and shattering their entire team into a giant pile and then your lucio or ash pushes everyone away.
actually true
you set up a big play
teammate ruins this play
both of you end up losing
the game doesn’t track “unforced errors” as an in game statistic so it does not care or even acknowledge this
at least there arent’t THAT many powers that can be negated by using other powers incorrectly
Game wants casual casual (compared to normal casual) scene to feel good, so they refuse to show anything they did wrong to them. Not very surprising on hindsight.
They did something wrong and messed up other people’s play: “They should’ve catered towards me with their play since they are better.” Which is an obvious reflection of we-know-what.
This is actually a common theme in blizzard team-based competitive games, they just want good players to suffer in order to retain the ones that aren’t good, just because the latter is larger in number and will spend more.
This is why I generally don’t want to deal/help with the newbies in this game most of the time. As the system is already favoring them and cultivating their bad habits, I won’t be a part of it unless I think it’s worth my while.
i was with you on this idea until you got all persecution complex-y
so
i think we are done here
It’s fine, I’m basically just venting. You do you. I don’t presume I should force any of these opinions on others anyways.
I love the opposite result though. Lucio is in the Blizzard and try’s to ult. You target him with your primary and he freezes mid beat.
while were talking about mei
If your tank says drop the wall do it, dont contemplate about the meaning of life and if dropping the wall is kosher JUST DO IT.
Isn’t the point of the post that the kill opportunity is missed because the other characters did their own thing like booping people away from a kill shot so they live. So you don’t get the kill either.
Really struggling with that reading comprehension, aren’t ya.
Stop playing Mei with Hammond. It’s a terrible combination.
If your entire team is working against you… maybe pick another hero. It’s either that or ask your entire team to change their play style to fit you. Two guesses which is more likely to happen.
That said I would say Mei in general is a pretty bad pick right now. The nerfs to her freeze hurt her bad. People don’t get slowed down nearly as much, making it harder to get value out of her spray. If your just using the icicles you might as well play almost any other DPS, their better at it.
That is ignoring the fact way to many hero’s can escape a freeze with a mobility move that easily breaks up the freeze and takes them out the area. Even Blizzard is unlikely catch any one unless their in the dead center or sleeping at the time.
Yeah, I can’t play Ashe, Widow, or Hanzo at 100% with a ball without watching them too. The worse though is Primal Winston, hook, or ball coming through right as I go to stick a pulse bomb.
Somehow… I don’t think that’s the point of their post.
Hammond excels at interuption & chaos.
Mei excels at interuption seperation.
They do have an overlap.
Any two heroes can combo well if you play them correctly, & Mei & Hammond are no exception. In fact they work really well together.
