So I have this problem where 3 of my hero (Bastion, Hanzo, Kiriko) can’t choose perks even though the keybind is already set. It a problem when I mainly plays bastion. I tried all other hero in practice range, all of them are able to choose their own perks. Just these 3 hero is bugged.
Are you sure you don’t have a hero specific keybind that is conflicting on the ones you mention?

OMG, thank you for this information. The bugged is fixed. I thought when I reset all the setting to default, it would also reset. Well it’s a lesson for me and anyone see’s this forum.
