Help my heros are locked even though I played tons of overwatch 1, and I don’t have kiriko. I have all my cosmetics but the game is treating me like a new player and locking my heros, please fix this or I’m not even gonna bother playing overwatch anymore ngl.
Same here, game crashed during a match and when I was able to get back in it locked all of the characters as if I was a new player. I’ve owned Overwatch for several years now both on PC and PS4. My account merge was successful and I’m able to access all the skins. Please fix locked characters…

Hey dude, I’m experiencing the same issue. As if getting in the servers was hard enough… getting met with having my main characters locked & unable to be unlocked based off playing games how they intend for free to play players…
I would really like access to my characters, I bought this game on Xbox, PC, Switch, etc… I paid the additional $40 for a battlepass as well. This is heavily impacting my ability to play, but I’m sure Blizzard and Parent company are aware of that.
