Heroes missing days later

I merged my account a few days ago and had my skins and heroes merged on to overwatch 2 succesfully, but now i enter the game and my heroes are locked, i kept my skins and stuff but for some reasons the heroes are all locked except for the “base roster”, pls fix and thanks in advance :3

I also am missing mine and am lost. Blizzard support has been very roundabout

same here I also have had all my characters locked

Same here, I got my credits and such, but lost all my heroes despite owning OW on both PC and Console. Also, all my console skins did not transfer, they’re still marked as locked, and many of my characters have equipped locked cosmetics, such as sprays and POTG animations. Restarting and relogging didn’t work. Again, I HAD my heroes BEFORE I merged accounts. Now I lost all of them and my cosmetics.
