yeah same here, i was having all the characters but today when i play OW i found out almost all the characters are locked for no reason, also the Q’s is 
17-20 min just to find 1 game!!, i was right when i said to my friends “the Q’s in this game will be long a$$ Q’s” lol, they need to fix this problem ASAP!!!
