Heroes locked after update

Heroes are now locked after latest update, am a previous ow1 player since the beginning 100s of hours and multiple skins , I am not a new player whatsoever! plus I also have the battle pass so its not even picking that up. I have already tried restarting my game several times to see if it would fix itself but no luck.

Same here, player since 2017 and all my heroes that I have so many hours with are now locked

Im having the same issue just logged in and now i cant play as half of my charecters and i been playing for a long time and i own overwatch 1 i have the orgins edition for petes sake im with you ljaat finna leave this game also wheres my main robo boy bastion

Same problem here, half of the characters are locked in-game… I have the game since the first comp season… I had all the characters 5 to 6 hours ago :zipper_mouth_face: (dunno if it means anything but yeah)

Same is happening to me and my hubby. We’re on XBox. He was the owner, and game-sharing with me. Half of BOTH of our rosters are locked. We’ve restarted the game and hard-restarted our XBox’s to see if this will fix it, and it hasn’t.

They managed to screw up this launch so badly, I don’t even know if I have the patience to come back once it’s fixed. I have like 5 damn character that I can play with, lmao.
