Heroes locked after update

just joining in to say that after the update, my heroes are also locked.

Having the same scenario. All my heroes where unlock before. Must be a bug from update or hotfix.

Most of my heroes were locked after the hotfix you guys just did. How am I suppose to progress the battle pass with characters I’m not as experienced and the worst part is because of this I paid for the battle pass by buying the Watchpoint pack. Why characters I been playing for over 2 years locked and I don’t see any way to fix. How can you guys help me can you guys give tiers to affected players sense their stuck without been able to progress because of skill base challenges. Worst my main characters are all locked Ashe, Mei, and Brigitte how can i progress without the characters I got hundred of hours playing. This is on Pc by the way imma check if I can at least play them on console. Yeah on Ps5 They are locked as well. Blizzard I’m impressed.

Same. I played earlier today with no issue and now it is all locked. I purchased Watch Point Pack. Restart of Battle.net doesn’t fix issue.

Same issue, logged on to play my daily and most of my roster is locked. I was fine before, this small indie company needs to fix their game already.

Same here before the update everything was fine besides missing a few skins I already had unlocked. I just wish my heroes would go back to being unlocked man I miss overwatch 1

This is getting ridiculous. I understand after launch issues, but its been almost a week and we are seeing bugs that were already fixed. How did they bring BACK the bugs?

I’m having the same issue, I had all the characters and then they were all locked after the update with no hero challenges to even unlock them

Yeah im having the same problem here as well.

I restarted my PC, logged all the way out and in. Every time I come back on my heroes are still locked. Been playing since Launch day 1 of Overwatch, not new to this game

All my characters are locked aswell. I played yesterday just fine what is happening??

I’m having similar issues. At first I thought it was by design, but quickly realized that there were no challenges to unlock any of the characters I was playing yesterday.
