This is my first time asking a question on the forums, so I apologize if Im doing it wrong. I recently installed OW2 for the first time. My friends told me all the characters should be automatically unlocked. However, none of the characters have been automatically unlocked, and I have to unlock them through their challenges. Were the heroes not supposed to be free?
