The challenges will only unlock for me if I use Zarya or Pharah. Using any other hero doesn’t count. I know the 2 victory pose rewards are for Zarya and Pharah, but surely unlocking all of the challenges are not limited to you only using those 2 characters?
the challenges have always been limited to the newly released hero mastery heroes and completing any of previously released ones has never counted towards the new ones. So, for better or worse, this is working as they intended.

Damn, that sucks, but thanks for the reply. One of the 3 options you can select on the challenges screen is to choose a map as Pharah or Zarya, or to choose to play as any hero you like, but it’s not made clear at all that you have to play as Pharah or Zarya for the challenges to count.
