Hero Mastery bugged, doesn't update new high score correctly

I’ve been trying to 5-star the Veteran Mercy course for a while.

After one of many attempts i finally got Mastery Score of 6264, 5 stars and a “New Record” badge - sure, i take it.

I exit the mode, check the hero challenges and apparently I did not get the 5 star name card. I go back to the difficulty select screen - the new score is not there, the card hasn’t updated and it’s still stuck on 4 stars.

I restart the mode, not trying at all, get 4k points… and a “New Record” badge. When just a minute ago my recorded best score was at 6000 something. What?

I’ve restarted the game client and my PC, but the score has not updated. I can probably redo it and get the 5 stars again no problem, but to miss out on a challenge reward when you’ve completed it because of a bug feels really frustrating.

I got the screenshots of the (bugged) high scores but don’t think I can attach them here.

If someone has encountered a similar bug, please let me know. Hopefully it will get fixed eventually:(

I am also having this happen to me. It will tell me I got a new high score (7810)… then when I look it’s showing my old personal best score(7792) still even though I beat that score already. I am positive I beat it because I recorded it after to double check the numbers. It seems to be really bugged. :frowning:

I wish it was working properly. It’s frustrating that it doesn’t show me my best time/score. Please I hope this gets fixed soon.

same here :c improved my highscore but it didn’t show it correctly on the leaderboard ( ive still my old highscore on it ) However, my new highscore is the correct one when Im on the hero mastery selection… really weird :c

Just experienced this as well. I have a recording showing the full play and 5 stars at the end. Double checked it. Mastery 3 Challenge won’t complete.
