When they changed hero level to be based on time played, mine stopped appearing correctly. I have ~1,293 hours on mercy and haven’t even hit level 200 yet. If it’s time based, why is this not fixed?

It’s intentional, hours from before August 2023’s hero progression patch do not retroactively count for levels. Yes it’s lame af, these devs have done everything possible to screw over veteran players.
ugh that sucks, it makes it feel like all of the previous playtime was for nothing
