Hello, the hero key binds in which I’ve had for years have all been reset. There is no way to change it back. I had specific key binds per hero, so I went to change it all back manually, although it does not save.
Mercy is one of the many heroes whos keys are stuck on default, all my keys are backwards and the game is clunky and unplayable.
I have tried verifying my files, opening and closing the game, changing the key binds manually, although nothing saves.
There seems to be no help on this issue and honestly the lack of support tickets disappoints me. I just have to hope that MAYBE someone will have an answer to my issue. Although as of right now, the game is unplayable to me due to the fact that every single key bind has been reset and is unchangeable. thanks. :[
