Hello Overwatch Q&A team,
I am in need of assistance with a bug that is currently affecting my account-level settings in Overwatch. Here is a video demonstrating the problem:
The symptom is that I have a visual bug with my hero gallery emotes and voice lines to be showing more than 4 items equipped any time for any hero or item type. In addition, I believe major patches to the game causes emotes to change to a prior setting without my knowledge.
Suspected time of when the problem started: November 2018 (possibly due to interacting with the Overwatch World Cup Viewer Beta)
