After downtime I can get into the game no problem and my account is merged but hero challenges are not showing within challenges, just blank

Do you have all of the heroes unlocked?
Hero challenges are just for unlocking heroes.
Yes except kuriko, but why have unlocked all I have no idea as haven’t done all the requirements to unlock them
