Reduce smaller tanks’ hitboxes by about 2-5% each.

Give tanks a passive 30% resistance to ALL cc
(This includes the DPS passive and Discord.)
Rework problem abilities:
-Remove the stun on Orisa spear unless she hits you into a wall.
-Remove the stun on Fist punch unless he hits you into a wall.
-Rework Sleep and Nade to not be so uniquely effective against tanks.
-Harm the uptime of DM but make it resist beams as well to soften the counter.
-Rework Hack so that it assists sombra in dealing damage rather than disrupting abilities.
-Rework Hog’s heal back into a CD ability so it can be played around again (Literally, if they just reworked nade, that would be fine.)

Sure, if virus is scrapped. Her primary fire and virus would be like a delayed one shot with a damage buff - leaving only suzu and lamp being able to manage it.
What’s your problem with beams on DVA? You shouldn’t be anywhere close to the beams range like ever, and it is just 15 meters. You have fly ability on 3s cooldown. As dva you suppose to clear highgrounds, not tank the frontline like rein, engaging into these very beams. Otherwise you don’t pick dva, despite enemy having beams or not.
That isn’t the problem, it is counter swaps… and it will always be a problem when there is 1 tank unless you delete all other tanks or make all abilities similar removing individual tank agency…
D.va literally requires almost melee range with enemies to deal damage to them, pretending that Zarya’s 15 meter beam isn’t a problem for that is silly.
This is what average gold player looks like, he has absolutely no clue what this game needs and exactly whats needs to be fixed, he is just spitting some nonsense and that’s why devs should not listen to majority of player base that sits in metal ranks, instead they should listen to players that are actually capable of understanding whats is wrong.
Sadly there are a lot of someone like you, who wants this game to die. Of course you don’t do that intentionally as you have no capabilities of understanding what you suggest as you have no clue how this game is played correctly, but still you wanting to “help” is only making everything worse.
Meelee range requirement doesn’t mean you have to go into beams dude. If you have space cleared around, you have already won the space fight and the match, and have tank diff established. If enemies are clumped in one spot to abuse beams, they have lost the space and the match by default. So I still see no issue with beams for DVA, unless you pick dva on maps where you have better tank options. Is that silly enough for you to comprehend? Beams control the space 15 m around their spot, dva can fly 20 m every 3.5 seconds, controling the rest of the space. So that you can setup your dps or whatever reason you picked DVA for to get advantage over the beams. In other cases, you just swap dva. DVA is busted enough to bypass beams issue, you just need to learn what the space term is in this game and how it wins fights.
the point of 5v5 was that tanks are the only ones with stuns. hook and spear are fine when its only the tank who has the stun.
yea they are lethal to dps but news flash: they are supposed to be. if an orisa lands a spear on you and you hit a wall then you should be dead to rights unless your team mega peels or your a tank
the thing is blizzard has decided to not remove cc and just add a bunch of “soft” cc like magnetic grenade and reworking hack.
Blizzard quickly went back on the promise of removing cc however because aparently lucio boop and sleep dart are “too iconic” so instead what we have now is a tank passive that makes moving them pretty much impossible which sounds fine except heavy displacement heroes like ball get shafted even harder.
