Help with disconnects

I just got disconnected from a game altough my internet was perfectly fine. I could rejoin for a while, but got however penalized… even tho it was outside of my control??

If the match was still going so you could see the rejoin button, then the server was still up. When you disconnect it can be a local issue or something between you and the server. However, regardless of fault, SR penalties are applied. More info:
