so I want to connect my ps4 to my pc account but when I login to Sony it says this (A connection to the server could not be established. (18.11dd2f17.1618969641.619e8c9f) and there is no other way to get by that I try other password by changing it it still does not work.
I am not exactly sure what you are to do based on your description.
If you are trying to link your PlayStation account to your Blizzard BattleNet account, you can go to account.blizzard.com/connections and from there you can find the link to sign into your PlayStation Network account.
Please note, linking a Blizzard BattleNet account does not enable any form of cross-play or cross-progression. It only enables things like receiving rewards from watching Overwatch reward eligible streams (such as Overwatch League) and posting access to the general discussion categories of these forums.
