I have purchased the brand new Pink Mercy skin and the game hasn’t unlocked it for me. Whenever I go to buy it on the PlayStation Store it already says that I’ve purchased it and it won’t let me buy it again. I have the receipts for it on my paypal and everything. I’ve restarted the application and my entire PS4 but it still refuses to give me the skin. Please help!!!

I talked to Sony. They suggest going to Settings > account> restore licenses. They said that i may want to wait a few hours and try that again and that Blizzard is aware of the issue. If it still persisted to contact Blizzard via their support. I can’t link it on the forums sorry.
