Healthy nerfs for Wrecking ball

It is know that our little hamster can be overwhelming at times when encountered. So these are some suggestion for a better healthy game state.

  • Wrecking Ball has great mobility, great health and burst damage.

Nerfing Mobility:

1- we could approach a passive stun for the character himself: Adding a 1s-3s cooldown time when changing ball form to turret form or turret form to ball form. It also includes using grappling claw out of turret form, if the ball form is still in cooldown, wrecking ball cannot use the grappling claw until the ball form cooldown’s condition are met

Nerfing Health:

2- . I believe shields are supposed to be used when a player commits to a fight. Nerfing the ability to use shields in ball form would make ball easier to target, plus with the previous nerf mention, it is another passive stun change. With personal experience, I usually gather less shields while in turret form than in ball form.

Nerfing Burst Damage:

Like other dive tanks, Hammond is more about the gameplay of the character than the ultimate value in team fights.
So nerfing his Ultimate is a healthy change to the character.

Mine field contains 14 mines. Each mine has 30 health, and deals 140 dmg. Wrecking ball’s ultimate potential dmg is 1960 dmg.
Changing the mine’s dmg from 140 dmg to 120dmg, mine Fields’s mines count from 14 to 10, and the mine’s health from 30 to 60 health. Wrecking ball’s ultimate potential dmg is 1200 dmg.

Please let me hear your opinions regarding to this changes.

Mei isn’t a problem compared to Hammond

She was definitely a problem, which explains why she was nerfed. Hopefully she stays in the current state and never becomes meta =]

She needs some buffs but she doesn’t need to become meta. Right now she’s one of the worst dps in the game
