Overwatch 2 beta health packs no longer have that pie looking circle that shows how long to wait until it refreshes. Is this a bug or an update to reduce visual clutter?
This should be a bug because its bad gameplay wise
I never noticed it has a little timer below
It’s a bug. I’ve had plenty of times where the pack would be there yet there’s still be the circle timer hologram. OW2 has a lot of UI type issues
I knew something was missing. I just didn’t realize it was that
Definitely looks like a bug, since it only affects certain healthpacks on certain maps.
The blue ring on the ground still works or?
I have seen the circle on occasion which tells me this is a bug. Oh, the joys of beta testing.
It’s a bug.
And here i was hoping it was going back to old school games where you had to memorize the timer on things and only the person who picked it up would know.
Well that doesn’t matter because the timer is still displayed at the base of the Health Pack point.
Ok oldhead
Ill take that as a compliment these youngins need all the help they can get these days
This bug did make me learn that their was a loading circle on the model it’s self. So it’s still semi-functional. But ya this make it considerably harder to tell if you can aim for HP or not.
For further evidence it is likely a bug, you can actually see this respawn circle in the Oasis (night) loading screen.
This is not a bug, it is just bad design, hopefully yet. I’ve literally died multiple times trying to realize when this health pack will appear on the spot, literally have to look down on it, because the thing on top is very hard to see when you try to not lose your focus. Hope they will bring back the clock image on top of it.
I could have sworn I’ve seen the timer displayed, with it changed to small slices instead of a solid shape.
