I think he’s forbidding people from, in the future, asking Blizzard to bring it back because they weren’t in a position to buy it when it was available.

I’ve not seen a single request for Goats Brig back.
The only thing that happens for is Mercy skins, and mostly just the Pink one.
Have seen enough goats.
Strangely i have never heard one cry about the zen skin.
Even though its probably the best mvp skin.
I bought it the second it was released. Best zarya skin period

Genji, D.Va, McCree, maybe Widowmaker, you’d probably get the odd thread asking. Seen plenty of Widow Noire demands, and even a couple of Nano D.Vas.
You can easily earn 100 tokens in one weekend by watching some games. Hopefully I’ll have it at the end of the weekend.
The demand for Pink dwarfs the other limited time skins, but I still see people asking for the All-star skins on here and on twitter. I’ve also had messages from a few people asking me how they can get the Ilidan Genji skin as well.

Sure, like I said above, those demands are going to be limited to a handful of heroes, because the heroes are popular over anything else.
There are only a couple, Brig Goats, and Tyrande Symmetra I don’t have that I’d have liked, but ultimately they cost more than I was willing to spend.
I have a whole bunch of other exclusives I don’t even use.
