HDR settings won't enable

Hi there

I have enabled HDR in the graphic settings. It says my monitor supports HDR, so when its turned on, the HDR calibrator remains greyed out. It tells me to restart the game to apply the settings.

I tried restarting the game and the PC, and the HDR setting is turned off again.

Any way to troubleshoot this? My monitor is AW3821DW and it does supports HDR.
