Hazzard Block… is doomfist block but better

no not really doom has a higher dr and gets emp punch out of it too
most of time doomfist used block it will not get charged, like there only 20-30% chance you will get charge out of it, and mostly because you are nearly died and enemy just focus you down
making it on resource making it less predictable
unless they are already throwing things at you
Hazard can block more, and it does more dmg overall. But it does not have the same killing power of a charged punch at all.
He also doesn’t have an aoe stun; much less mobility etc. can’t just compare the blocks without considering the rest of their kits.

He has a lot of combo/burst potential don’t underestimate him. You can buffer a bhop on him like illari to delay leaping slash being cancelled so like shoot → leap → shoot → hold jump → shoot shoot → slash → shoot or qp. His leap is rather low cd as well so as long as you don’t feed too hard and have your block/wall you will survive.
Not underestimating him at all. Just that while their kits have some similarities, there are differences and the op comparing each of their blocks to each other doesnt gives the full picture.
Yea they do way different things people love comparing different heroes abilities that function/interact with their own kit in different ways.

Doom block on resource would be insanely strong. Has much higher damage reduction on top of much more mobility.
hazard is far more lethal than doom, doom only able to kill if he has empored punch
while hazzard can combo some 250 hp hero very fast
