Hazard dont have any Achievment specifications in the Achievements-window. You can still get Pixled and Cute rewardsprays but it doesnt appear in Achievements.

New characters have them under challenges - hero instead of achievements. The last character to get achievements was Lifeweaver. All heroes after that don’t.
Why not put them all in the same place? because blizzard.
As said above, Lifeweaver was the last hero to get achievements, then they stopped rolling out new achievements but you can still get the cute/pixel sprays. If you wanted to know what you need to do to get his sprays, for Hazard’s
Cute: Deal 800 damage with a single use of Spike Guard.
Pixel: Get 3 kills/assists with his ult.
