it should not mitigate that much if it’s going to have that much uptime

If you’re struggling with Pharah of all heros, I don’t think the games balance is the issue for you.

They can prob afford to reduce the % block for 5 v 5 but keep the block cd.

With proper tuning I can see him being a really fun tank though. It’s just unfortunate the nature of heroes releases in f2p makes blizzard feel like they’re forced to release broken heroes.
pharah is one dps like soldier that has bene in need of a tone down for while but the devs they wont do anything as they dont really care about the game at all and hinestly i think they want the game to fail
Neither pharah nor soldier 76 needs any nerfs at this time.

Blizzard not balancing around your gold lobbies doesn’t make the fact that pharah and S76 are balanced a lie. Try buffing your skill level instead of rage blaming everyone and everything else other than your own gameplay

i dont play comp im a recreational plauyer like as of right now i dont have the hardware for comp level stuff where playing meta only is a requirement and demanded or else your reported as a thrower
He’s ruthless. Needs a little bit of a nerf imo.
Then why do you expect the game to be balanced around players like you rather than at a level where player skill isn’t the thing primarily dictating whether a hero is broken?
soldier has been broken along with pharah for the longst time but the current team 4 caters around content creators and they probably dont care if they are hackign or not

its been shown for a fact soldier and pharha are overturned and often those 32 oftne eal the most damage as they sere severely overtuned if team 4 doesnt chagne there act this game will most likely die a horrible death

the fun fact is… they are listening to gold/plat players.
If they were balancing towards gm/t500/owl/owcs than so many characters would never have gotten a rework, nerfed into the ground because they can’t hit shots, or gasp season 9 the exodus of ow season begins.
all the threads that have talked aobut solider and pharha being overturne dare often getting deleted as they seem to hate cirticism of their so called vision of balance and tbh i wount be surprised if this rthrad gts deleted at some point you have to realize things was alot better pre aaron keller
Promotional heroes are always like that though. Mauga’s promo period was hilarious with tanks afk holding 2 mouse buttons ending the match with 40k damage. Even gold looked like OWCS 
Its great if you enjoy the promo heroes, you can climb really high really fast even if you’re an average player… but if you don’t it’ll make life really challenging.
Funny how only those threads are getting deleted but not the widow threads, a hero that actually needs nerfs. We can all look at T500 leaderboards and overbuff to dispel the nonsense that pharah and soldier are broken
