Like, having a Zen on your team against Dive because he keeps dying?
Or playing against Zen during dive is frustrating?
Some would say getting discorded 24/7 is a source of frustration lol…
Not everyone can play Zen vs dive, but some can.

Zen Brig works against dive. Zen anything else? Maybe not.
Barely, I’m struggling not to be dived myself.
Yeah, Zenyatta is a HUGE liability. He can fight off one person, but he can’t survive a coordinated effort at all.
I play zen in GM and I constantly face dive. Not the end of the world if you know how to position properly lol. But yeah there are times when it’s just easier to switch to something else.

IF ANY of the supports deserved a jump like baptiste it is Zen. A tiny bit more mobility could just make him so much better.

the thing is that keeping a zen up can completely counter the dive tho. I think some support players underestimate how strong zen can be. 
But obviosuly when the dive is too hard, it’s time to switch. But it’s also depending on your team comp.

You or the Zen is playing poorly, then
Zen has 225 HP now and a knockback kick. Winston should not be any issue for him. Tracer really shouldn’t either if he can land any shots. Sombra is the only one who really makes his life difficult.
If you give Zen the proper peel (which you should be doing as his other support) he WILL stay alive versus divers and will just waste their time and oftentimes can kill them
Keeping him alive is valuable and he can keep heal orb on your other teammates (who shouldn’t be dying that fast if half the enemy team is diving your backline and not them)
Go Brig/Mercy/Bap/Weaver and peel for your Zen and you win
Literally, and he’s even better against it after his +25 HP buff
Brig Zen shuts down dive like no other, and enables it amazingly too
i think zen should get a flashbang stun and combat roll that reduces all incoming damage by 75% so he can counter dive
I appreciate that you are trying to help but I never said I don’t know how to play with that. I said it’s frustrating.
Nah he deserves that but I don’t deserve having a zen player that won’t switch until the last fight.

Zen versus a coordinated dive is definitely rough, but seen it done successfully before. It requires a lot coordination with you fellow support, and a friendly dps can make it easier.
If you don’t have the peel, might be better to swap.
A good zen will kill dive before they kill him.
Just Diff the Dive and force them to switch.
Were you also running dive? Zen with dive is pretty common and generally a good pick even into dive. It’s just pure misery, but it’s still good.
