Having to login everytime i start the game

Hey everyone, I have been struggling with the issue I have briefly described in the title, BUT I FIXED IT! (I think) I atleast wanted to share what I did so I could maybe help atleast one of you all.

Well alot of people have had familiar problems to what I had, You open the game from the battle net launcher and have to enter your mail and password again whilst already being logged into battle net, It is weird.

I scouted the site where you log into your account and manage it and saw that my password was outdated so i changed it, and when I started Overwatch 2 it didn’t do it anymore! It might be a coincidence but i wanted to share it nontheless.

Please let me know if it helped or if this was just for me.

Thank you so much!! I had to log in every single time I opened the game up, I also checked my account settings for my account on my browser. It said please change your password in the security tab. After I changed it, I didn’t have the issue anymore and the game opened up without needing to log in, thank you again for the amazing suggestion.

Edit: It seems the problem came back… :person_standing:
