It’s getting worse and worse and lazier with every new season, but this time it’s definitely the biggest clownery so far!
Genji skin is a recolor of his old OW1 skin that already has a red recolor.
Lucio skin is a recolor of his old OW1 skin.
Junkrat skin is a recolor of his default OW2 skin. Epic, being classified as Legendary.
But hey, keep buying please!
Lucios is fine imo, it replaces an epic that would have been there anyway… but it’s a recolor of a legendary… classed as epic… yeah
Other two are unacceptable though, I was hoping something like this wouldn’t happen. Genji could have taken the spot of an Epic in the pass, it basically is one, just with a legendary as a base.
It is a pretty trash Battle Pass. If you wanted the Sentai skins, a lot of the good ones are shop skins. If you wanted Lifeguard skins, you only have epic recolors. If you wanted Mauga’s Classic skin that should have been there when he launched… It’s a W.
I am considering the Battle Pass solely for the Hellhammer. I one trick Reinhardt these days, but that Egyptian pass is right around the corner and I would have nothing left just in case the witch skins are good. If the witch skins are just retreading Mercy and Kiriko, I am fine. If they diversify, I might be in danger because I love black magic!
I’m buying the pass just for it is cheaper than buying cards so… But you are correct sir this is the worst BP yet…
Why pay an art team to put effort into skin design when you can simply recolour and charge the same amount and people will still lap it up.
I hate how this is supposed to be Lucio’s definitive lifeguard skin. Why is everything for Lucio so low-effort?
