Have to play too many matches to find something decent

Feels like a huge waste of time churning through 10-15 games at a time only to find something that feels relatively ok.

have you considered that YOU might be the problem in your games?

In some I am and many I am not. Just like you are.

My point still stands, too many games to find something of quality.

Qp is more hit or miss, but I’ve been having mainly close games in diamond comp. Maybe doing comp is the solution.

I feel like I encounter more decent QP games than not.

Avoid player matches tell me otherwise. Have enough of them on the other side and the opposite of having them on your side easily happens. Even just one on the other team greatly improves your chances of winning. They were originally put on your side for the sole purpose of dragging down your win / loss record or basically a handicap.

I want to suggest thinking twice about spending so much time doing what feels like a waste of time, but it’s your time, not mine. As I grow older, I become more aware of how little free time we have.

Yep. If you aren’t enjoying the majority of your games, maybe this isn’t something you should be playing. As I grow older, I realize being upset about things that don’t matter is a waste of time (actually I realized that in, like, middle school but whatever). Enjoy the game for what it is or find something better to do with your time.

You gotta remember, the game people enjoyed was Overwatch 1.

We aren’t allowed to really play that anymore, unless we come up with an emulator for it, and even that isn’t legit to do.

I cant say a person should be berating someone either for looking to find that Overwatch 1 experience they had. Since especially most of us here bought the Overwatch 1 game copy and expected they would retain most of what it was going to be from the original design.

Instead Overwatch 2 seams to be really half-baked and not good at delivering consistent fair matches.

The whole telling someone to “(redacted) off and find a new game” because it doesn’t exist anymore". is a poor attitude that we have in this community and creates such a problem.

It totally stinks that OW1 was just taken from us, I agree. I miss playing with FIVE other friends instead of four. Most of my regular friends in this game moved on shortly after OW2 came out as well. But I can still find enjoyment in OW2. My gameplay experiences with it are overall positive ones.

I’m not berating anyone for not finding OW2 enjoyable either. But I find it so odd that someone doesn’t overall like the game, yet they keep playing it while adding to their misery. It’s dumb that OW is gone, but the truth is that is IS gone. We can engage in all the discussion on it that we want and hope for eventual positive change but, bottom line is if a player isn’t enjoying their time in the game as it currently is, they would probably be better off doing something that they do enjoy.

Again, discuss, petition, vie for change in hopes of a better future. But why play if you just hate it?
