I spent $40-$50 on coins 30 minutes ago and still haven’t gotten them. The bank statement says the money was taken out of my account. I got an email receipt saying my purchase was completed. But i haven’t received any coins. I’m really upset about this because this was such a waste of money. How could i pay for something and not receive anything. it’s stealing. I need this fixed but i don’t know how.

Goodness, this happened to me and a friend as well. Super irritating! Both of us wanted to pick up time limited things in the shop, but none of us have received our purchases for coins. I tried to go to the support page, but it doesnt let you talk to a human being and none of their “fixes” work… 
Really hope this gets fixed before the shop changes…

I still havent received mine, that and no responses from support when I filed a ticket…
