I’ve gotten 4 loot boxes from queuing and completing games as a competitive support. I just can’t open them. It shows them on the main screen but when i got to actually open them it says I have none available to open. If I level up and receive a loot box that way I can open those and get the contents.
You’ll gain non-event lootboxes from Role Queue incentives.
Use the [PREV] or [NEXT] keys at the bottom of the lootbox screen to switch between lootbox types.
If you’re on console then use the bump buttons.
