Hashimoto Kiriko Bundle

I bought the Hashimoto Kiriko Bundle and I didn’t recieve the skin.

Here’s my order information:

I used literally all of my OW2 coins buying the bundle :sob: I’d really appreciate it if I actually got the skin.

The same thing happened to me! Even in battle, it says in the order history that I purchased exactly the entire set - but alas, I got only a part of it!

I submitted a ticket to Blizzard support where I explained everything that happened. In the end, I asked for either a refund or for the skin to be unlocked. The response I received was that they would have to wait for the developers to fix the bug, but they didn’t mention the word “refund” even once. So I assume they’re going to grant the skin to those who purchased it. Either way, this lack of information on their part is really frustrating. And all of this has been happening since yesterday, and even this morning it seemed like people were still buying it. They could have at least removed the skin from the store.

I have the same problem i bought the bundle and I am unable to use it. I rebought the whole skin. Please refund my second purchase of it.

This was a response to one of my tickets: “After reviewing your case, I must tell you that there was a bug that caused this bundle not to include the skin. Currently, what you are being charged for is the missing skin because it was not included in the bundle due to the mentioned error. The skin was not included in the bundle and you were not charged for it either. For that reason, now you are being charged for having it.”

Kinda confused on what they’re trying to tell me.

I have put in a dozen tickets or so and just get gaslighting responses in return. Basically they are saying that since I didn’t get charged the full price that there is no problem, EVEN THOUGH I spend coins on something with it telling me I would get 2 items and I only got 1. In the real world that is a bait and switch FRAUD. I don’t think their support reps are empowered to actually fix anything so they just gaslight you instead. F this company. I have spend several thousand on Blizz products over the years and for myself and family. Burn in Hell, Blizz, not a cent more. The lengths they go through to steal 5 bucks from me is pathetic and I will not participate further.

Exactly, I wrote under another bug report. that if we needed other items from this bundle, we would have bought them, but this is pure fraud. And instead of making a refund, they tell us, “well…))) sorry, you just got everything except what you wanted.”
