Nerfed. She keeps the same hps and dps numbers but you now use more of your shots to get there which means more reloading and more spamming for no extra benefit

It might be a very slight net buff all in all; faster fire rate means you need less time to aim to hit all your shots.
But its not a huge deal either way.
Especially when healing squishies you may be landing more shots on them. On tanks, not so much of course.
Her pick rate (according to overbuff) is already abysmal. Like less than 1% last time I checked. Which is crazy for a new hero.
It’s a slight buff. With the faster fire rate the nerf to the amount of damage and healing per pellet still results in a net buff of total output if you aim well. Plus the old fire rate felt better anyway.

- Fire rate increased from 14.3 to 15.5 (reverted to the 34 shots per second during the projectile volley).
- Damage reduced from 8 to 7.5.
- Healing reduced from 7 to 6.5.
Old DPS: 109.09
New DPS: 110.85
Old HPS: 95.45
New HPS: 96.07
Basically the same. Her sustained DPS/HPS is lower because she needs to reload ~8% more often, but her bursts are shorter making them easier to aim. Overall it’s pretty much nothing.
After a few rounds with these changes the faster firerate feels a lot better even with slightly less damage/heal.
