Has anyone met a forum user in-game?

I just met one of our sweet forum users in a quickplay game today, and it was a pretty special moment. I can’t imagine there are too many other OCE forum users. Don’t worry, my team won. :wink:

So far I’ve found Prett and xx9. Anyone else have cool experiences with other forum users?

I’ve met over 6 people called LazyTurtle in game. They’re all different accounts. I tally every time I see one- there are so many people called lazyturtle, and 2 of them use the forums.

I met CATCHPHRASE! in one of my quick play games on my main account. I told him my name and he recognised me too! We added each other but I haven’t seen him online in a while though.

A few times. Can’t really name call, but for their attitude in the forum… I can’t say I was surprised to find out they were toxic AF in game. It was never their fault.

However, I’ve definitely seen more people from the forum when playing on the PTR.

I have Alexis added, haven’t played with her in a while though.

Other than that i’ve only seen people a handful of times on QP.

I think I’ve met 2 people in game from the Forums. It was pretty funny and I have them friended so now I can watch their every move :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

And wouldn’t want to. I like to keep things…separate.

I’ve seen a few more, but most of them have quit seemingly.

No I wish. I met people from ow fb groups ingame cause i do remember usernames, specially if they are ‘unique’.

I met one dude who recognized me in game from the forums. He seemed surprised

Unless they play Mystery Heroes, nope.
I remember seeing a Nox once but quite long ago.
Im also in EU only nowadays so … tough.
