Has anyone been able to reach GM/Top 500 on a low end pc (any pc that doesn't go higher than 60hz)?

I am curious to know about your experience! Do you think you had a disadvantage against the others? How hard was it to climb?

I don´t know but I always remember a day when I went to a little e-sport preparation center in my city and WOW, controls were smooth as f—, I was doing awesome even with sombra lul

I want that computer in my house.

One, depends on what you mean by low-end. 60fps 100% settings is low-end for a lot of people. (Not me)
Two, Think there was 1 person who did it with like 20-30 fps.

Does console count as a low end PC? /s

Supposedly EQO did. Even got scouted for OWL

I’ve heard of some people doing it. There is obviously a disadvantage. Personally I wouldn’t be able to do it even with 500hz.

EQO hit top 10 with 30 fps on a laptop. Its possible but not ideal

FYI alot of league pro players play on the lowest settings

super made it as a pro with an inconsistent 20 fps

Is that not mostly to get rid of the visual spam, and low settings do not entail low fps.

you can make it with low fps, but you cant make it with high ping imo.

Yeah, I reached GM as Tracer/Hog on a dying laptop which had a 60hz monitor.
