Haroeris Ana Scope Visual/Graphics Issue on PC

I am having this skin and issue since day one. The red scope/gem thing looks very bad and LQ no matter the settings. I tried changing everything from Low to Max but it’s simply not working.

This is how the scope looks for me:

Like i said, no matter the settings and what i try i can’t make the scope on this weapon to look like it’s supposed to look.
