Hanzo got his Storm Arrows nerfed, from 80 per arrow to 70. Which means he still takes 3 body shots or 2 headshots to kill a 200health character. The big change is that Tracer now takes 3 body shot or 2 headshots to kill. Which is a massive buff to Tracer against Hanzo. Tracer is slowly becoming the uncounterable game decider again. Next nerf will be Brigette and we will be right back where we started.
No character should be uncounterable, and Tracer has no counter. You’ve proven time and time again you can’t have a character counter Tracer without breaking the game. Time to nerf Tracer.
I’ve said it before, if you nerf Hanzo and Brigette you’re going to need to nerf Tracer.

Tracer just got nerfed. She doesn’t need another.
imo, the only thing that could work is a slight adjustment on her mobility (give players .25 seconds before she can blink again?) or something similar to a mobility adjustment. Not a nerf. Adjustment.

I think that tracer need hardcounters yes…
But the hanzo 80 damage not only affect tracer… you can easy destroy tanks ( im main hanzo).
Is the same with briggite… she counter tracer but also destroy all others heros on close range.
On my opinion: if roadhog hook tracer, should be a 100% tracer dead. Same with genji.

They didn’t touch the reason she’s rediculous. If they don’t do something about her mobility it’s going to end up like Ana where they nerfed a million little things and didn’t touch the reason Ana was actually too strong, leaving Ana piled with so many nerfs that she was, and still is, barely playable.

Not really, the change was CLEARLY for Tracer. They go out of their way to say as such. I suppose it is fine as the only Hanzo counter, as far as I am concerned, was Pharah. This puts Tracer back into a position where you have a nice duel with Tracer. But after years of abuse, I was happy that Tracer’s were deterred to run up on the death machine that was Hanzo. Honestly, with his projectile speed increase, it is easier to pop her in the head with your default arrow as is.

Yeah well hog was gutted because of noob whiners, but Blizzard will continue to dumb the game down by continually introducing heroes with almost no skill floor.

If you don’t think that being able to 1 shot nearly everything with your ultimate, regardless of how easy it is to land, isn’t ridiculous, I don’t know what to tell you.
It’s an ult. Many damage ults one shot. And it still one shots most of the cast. The reason it’s simple to land is because she has too much mobility to point blank the ult on people and poof right back out.

The problem with the old roadhog is that was a lot more easier hook and kill low movement heros than genji/tracer.
Anyway the 33% damage reduction on roadhog, shoulnt exist against tracer and genji.
But overwatch have 0 specifict game balances.
Stop it. Yes the nerf sucks but he will be fine overall. I do agree that needing to hit Tracer three times with an arrow to kill her is beyond stupid but that doesn’t mean we should be nerfing tracer
Why do you rely on your E? Is that because you don’t know how to aim? And want to spam? Guess what you can 1 shot her by hold down left click and it doesn’t have to HS if mercy damge boosting you and if you HS she dies withor damage boost. Anyway I’m against being 1 shotted in FPS games

So then reduce the damage hog did to tanks. There’s also a lot more counter play to hook then there is on shield bash or Moira orb.
This games balance is garbage, OWL will be irellevant by next year.

Overwatch dont have any especific balance.
Everything that should counter the fast movement, is more effective.againts low movement heros.
Ez nerf to Tracer :
Base HP from 150 to 140, can no longer blink while windinup up Melee and Pulse bomb, game is balanced. Clap
