In the upcoming weeks, scatter arrow will be removed and replaced with a more skill intensive ability. This will weed out the Hanzo players that have mastered the bow and can hit Pharah’s out of the sky, to those who have been using Scatter as their main source of securing kills. The time is soon approaching for you to prove yourselves.

You don’t realize that Hanzo rework is actually a buff, do you? He was garbage tier hero for months.
His arrows will move faster, he’ll be able to fire multiple arrows in short timespan with new ability and also leap away or towards you. You’ll die more than before to Hanzo players after update is out, just wait for it.
The funny thing about scatter is that I literally suck using it and only use it in close range. At rangebi find it easier to just go for head shots.
Will I be able to double jump then shoot the genji who is also double jumping so we can have jump offs?
Well, no, but if you’re near a wall, you can keep wallclimbing to throw off the Genji’s aim while you’re trying to kill him. Works for me!

That sounds better than aiming at floor to kill people, so I’m all for it.
I dont rely on scatter for my kill unless someone gets on top of me. I’m actually looking forward to the new talents. I think people will still cry when they get hit with volley or rapid arrows, which ever it is.

I feel like I should mention that it’s ok to use and abuse Scatter arrow. It’s an ability in his kit capable of one shotting over half the cast, it is a tool, and you should use all the tools in your hero’s arsenal to win.
