News about the “Onwards to Victory” for Winged Mercy?
I chose D.Va coz she’s one of overwatch’s youngest playable heroes who would most likely still attend school. Heck, I bet even in the military there are education programs. I know the navy has plenty of 'em.

Why couldn’t Storm Arrow also have ricochets?
Scatter was only a problem because of burst damage. The ricochet thing didn’t have to go away, especially now that the damage is spread out over multiple shots which gives enemies time to react.

Yes…it’s “Experience Oblivion” The original was “Experience…Nothingness” I liked the little pause between experience and nothingness. I have no idea why they removed it completely. It would be nice to have it just alternate.
