Hanzo cant get any kills

Right after the patch, first game, someone insta picks hanzo, He didn’t get a single kill. We even asked him to switch to anything even a torb but nope, he wanted to try out that storm arrows on comp lol.

Don’t play Hanzo on comp unless u can aim. 8 second Free kill shot is gone.

God why would you do that in comp. Go to QP and mess around with the new stuff first.

Did you win that game or no?

Don’t listen to this person, all you wannabe Hanzo one tricks. Shoot arrows to your hearts content in competitive. It’s a game. Have fun. Competitive is far more a decider of your skill and rewarding to efforts than any other game mode.

Just got to deal with it now or don’t play Comp.

I knew it when he hit in PTR haha.

Yup a lot of hanzos really did get carried by scatter. I thought it was a forum meme till I saw someone who was crying about the new Hanzo a while back get called out for having over 40% of his Hanzo kills be scatter kills. I checked his stats and was shocked. I have like 20% scatter kills on Hanzo if that. There really are hanzos who couldn’t kill without it😂

Disagree. Played him and i killed heroes without escape abilities consistently (feel bad for Winston, Hanzo now melts him or almost all of his shield midair) and fired ult out every 20 seconds, even though i have mediocre aim. He is insanely good mid and close range dps hero now (keeps up with Mcree).

I respectfully disagree.

If you can’t land shots with Hanzo or are new to him, you should definitely not go into Competitive to practice aim. QP exists for that. Once you’re confident with your ability to hit targets, then go into Competitive. You’re not doing your team any good if you can’t hit the enemy.

So they all false reported…
Hope Blizzard actual action false reports soon.

That’s almost exactly what i said Matsy lol

You’ll find a number of people who will argue that QP is definitely not the place for that. That’s what Arcade is for. I’m sure there’s some people in Arcade who feel similarly as they grind out lootboxes or whatever Why aren’t you in the practice range?!

To each their own. I acknowledge the enemy team has an equal chance to get this guy that mine does.

Just came in here to say that I wrecked face in a match just a few moments ago, as Hanzo. Literally wrecked face, had a ridiculous number of crits. Was good time. I like the new sonic arrow changes too.

The jump is just…kinda dumb, though.

Yup if you actually know how to Hanzo and not just how to scatter you will be good.

But that is not the point of the game. The point of the game is to enjoy yourself. Regardless of how that person preforms in the match, it is still entirely up to them and if they are having fun. But just as there are OT’s out there that never switch or people playing off meta/ F tier heroes, neither is grounds for being reported. If that player truly sucks at Hanzo then they will start to lose SR until they are at their skill level with that hero. But you also have to keep in mind that people do have “off” days, where they were just not preforming the best they could, that kind of sh*t does happen. Was he a dick for not switching to someone else to better help the team? Yes. Was that grounds for reporting him? No.

Okay then QP/Arcade. Practice Range and AI are kind of unreliable for it, since bots move so statically and bots aren’t very realistic in movement (in comparison to players). Team composition/tactics I can agree have better outcomes in Comp environments, but just learning to hit the enemy, not even do well, just hit them in general, I don’t want to see being practiced in Comp. It’s just not a great time and is asking for reports.

He or she wanted to tank their SR?
