This issue was not today, I sent in a ticket for it to support and they responded telling me that it is considered a “bug” and to put it on these forums, so here it is.
In the shop today I went to purchase a bundle (the Hanzo cyberninja bundle) and since I owned one of the items it told me it was a discounted price. The discount was a large amount, making the bundle only cost 272 overwatch coins. I clicked on this and purchased it, however when I went to apply the skin, it told me it was locked. When I went back to the shop it claimed I had purchased it. So I went back to the hero screen and it was still locked. I then restarted my game and checked again. This time the skin was locked on the hero screen and next to it said the price was “unspecified”. When I went back to the shop it claimed everything had been purchased, but next to the skin it said “loading price” and will not actually load. I would like this fixed so I can use the skin I purchased and if the price it sold it to me for was incorrect, I would like some kind of compensation because I would not have even purchased the bundle in the first place if it had not been listed for that price.
