The storm arrow is too good at neutralizing her shield. Orisa took a very bad hit there. Blizzard, please change storm arrow somehow, maybe make it simply deal half damage to shields, because now Orisa is effectively just deleted from the game as her shields are almost instantly erased and it’s her only strong point.

the first thing they need to do with hanzo is to adjust his ultimate charge rate.
they gave him much more dmg without making any changes to his charge time.
he gets ult every teamfight.

If orisa is all alone I always love sneaking into the shield and just spamming into her head but good ones try to shield dance and have pretty good aim to Atleast scare off or just enough for the dps to clean up.

Ok, this is just blatant lying at this point. There’s no way you actually managed to use 2 Dragonstrikes as Hanzo in a single teamfight unless either the enemy team kept feeding you and healing the damage, the teamfight dragged on for like 2 minutes, or a mixture of both.

No, Hanzo doesn’t break Orisa. Hanzo is a shieldbuster now with his rework. You just don’t like that, as you play lots of Orisa.
Any valid argument you could have made (busts shields too fast) has lost much of its potential, due to your only argument being nonsensical.
There has always been a shortage of shieldbusters. Now there isn’t. Oh, but wait, as always is the case in this game, you can switch.

I got 2 dragon strikes in one team fight many times not once especially if they had hog or dva it’s a legit 2 DS every team fight
It’s called counters, learn to switch

since when? they removed scatter because he was instantly killing tanks. hes just good at killing everything at any range now. when i play hanzo i get spans of kills while intentionally not aiming, now yes if your a skilled aimer with hanzo its crazy but even without aiming, he just deletes you, its too easy for no skill at those levels, plus he has no weaknesses, hes good at all ranges with 2 mobility skills and crazy burst as well as throwing trees. the new arrow speed that came out of nowhere, is stupid, just make him a hitscan now, lets see anyone dodge that arrow.

well then you are still a better hanzo than you think… or you played against a team without any shields.
the point is he gets his ult too fast now… storm arrows allow him to charge his ult up so fast…
i played a game on junkertown and the enemies were trying to run bastion ship on attack… everytime the bastion sit down on the payload, hanzo would ult the payload and kill him.
he got his ult so fast… even on low elo where i play.
but there are also very very bad hanzos out there on low elo. had a game on KOTH, i played zarya and after the first teamfight i had 95% ult charge while our hanzo had 48%… idk what he was doing honestly.
they need to nerf hanzo that way he doesnt become useless again on low elo.

But Hanzo was always like that. Charge an arrow and peak to take a shot, then repeat. Eventually you’ll hit them.
Welcome to Brigittewatch where nothing ever dies outside of Ults and Hanzo’s charges faster than anything else in the game now. I’m not surprised in the slightest that people are getting it twice in a teamfight now given what an extended war of attrition they are.

Ever since storm arrow dropped, people are coming out of the wood work saying “well duh, hanzo is a tank breaker”, and like the comment I’m replying to, I ask:
Since when? Sure, he may have inadvertently filled that role with scatter shot, but I dont think the purpose of his recent rework was to solidify that role and double down on it.
I think storm arrow could do without crit, kinda like how they removed soldiers ability to crit for his ult. That’s just a suggestion though.
