I feel like to make Hanzo more consistent and less Spam, all you need to do is Nerf or remove storm arrow and give him his arrow speed back so he can snipe and keep up with the other hitscan dps. the way he is played now is you pray you hit a headshot by logging a projectile slower than Torbs across the map.
Nah… Hanzo is great just the way he is.
Sure… He does tend to be a much more “spam” heavy hero, but if you actually take the time to grind the hero, you can become very accurate with your shots.
Personally I think calling Hanzo a sniper is stupid. Sure… He has one-shot capability but that doesn’t make him a sniper like Widow/Ana…
