Have the two sit in front front of each other and dont move but only use auto attacks. You will find that hamster will win.
Am I wrong to say that this sort of thing isn’t right?

More of hamster’s shots will hit D.Va’s critbox, where if she aims for his crit box, she’ll miss.

Also Hammond does more DPS than D.va without missiles. No duh he’s gonna beat her in a one-on-one face-to-face duel with no abilities

Widow and hanzo will probably beat everyone lol. Not saying that’s wrong but it’s just funny
so you dont have an issue with hammond being able to do that?
do you want every character in a role to be exactly equal when face to face no moving M1 holding?

If the D’Va player goes toe to toe with just fusion cannons and no movement , missiles or DM she should lose. Giant critbox causes that to be a fact. Movement is where D’Va shines.

It’s a scenario that’s absolutely never going to happen in a real game, so there’s not much reason to let it bother you.

remember demeched d.va does more damage then regular d.va…
and hammond just dies if he get de-meched…

hammond has more movement and mobility than dva.
Dva is supposed to be very strong when she is within close range.

Maybe. With boosters buff D’Va can keep up with the little hamster and get behind him quickly to do damage that he can’t reciprocate
Have you ever even played as hammond? He is the fastest hero in the entire game even a speed boosted lucio cant keep up.

i could totally see baby hammond play like a under powred tiny doomfist… you can boop people but jumping at their face and bouncing of… and rune like crazy… no real attacks just boops manuverability and trying to keep alive long enught to remech,… it would probably be broken for the regular game but maybe something for PvE… would have serious potential… especially if hammond is helping junkrat and hog on a heist or something and using his small stature to get into some small space…
then again not sure if hammond would join in on something like that…
Eh, depends a bit on where you think D.Va should be more DPSy or more tanky and then whether more power should be in her abilities or directly in her mech.
But either way, it already difficult to compare them as they’re different types of tanks and all of Hammond’s tank power is in himself with no way of directly absorbing damage for teammates.
you can self shield and body block technically… or boop treats out of the way like a bomb into some alley or something like that…
