Instead of showing Hammond’s adorable corpse whenever we destroy his mech, can we just get an animation where it shows him scampering away from his destroyed mech and disappearing after a few seconds?

Winston can be much more closely associated with humanity for many reasons. Hammond is small enough to where it wouldn’t matter, he’d just respawn in a few seconds with a new mech.
Yeah and hamsters are cute
Winston is sentient and inherently evil because of it. Don’t let his jovial demeanor fool you. He’s never been to a single one of his grandma’s birthday parties.
And I’d feel strange killing him if he were an adorable rodent or a cat in a jetpack.
