I don’t understand why D Va’s ult can be avoided if the enemy ducks on the other side of the payload but if Reindardt Earth Shatter’s on one side of the Payload while the enemies are on the complete opposite side of it or on top of it (which by the way the payload is FLOATING), it shatters them…
If I’m behind something, I should be safe. Not end up getting screwed.

because the ground is also on the other side of the payload and it hasn’t worked on top since the height nerf.

I get shattered when the Rein is off the payload but I’m on top of it
It doesn’t work well most of the time, at least let it hit on the other side of the payload and on top of low payloads. Because I know you won’t get hit by it on all payloads but really short and flat ones like Blizzard world you will where as Eichanwalde and Kings Row you wont
I’ve shattered on top of the payload and had it not hit anyone right by me. I assumed from that it only travels along terrain of the “elevation” you’re on so it wouldn’t travel from payload to people on the ground, but still, that’s dumb.
also, fix charge, tired of being in the next state from the guy but still getting sucked in like zarya dropped a grav in front of him.
Contrary to what you think, earthshatter does not shatter the earth.
It sends out 5 ground-based fireball projectiles that can be blocked by shields but not DM, it can climb up to 2m and drop 2m as well, but as soon as it climbs or drops by 2.0000000001m it disintergrates, and you’re safe.

Reins shatter doesn’t only effect the ground, it has an AOE almost, rising from the ground and lingering for a few seconds. So if you get shattered on top of a cart, it’s because the hitbox passed through it.
A little. Given that it’s name and visual mention nothing of the air
It’s hardly in the air at all. It works that way so that simply jumping doesn’t counter it
