I saw a video posted by Master Ian Gamer on the upcoming heroes for the halloween of terror this year and there was supposedly a mercy skin? does anyone know what happened to her? was she a twitch drop that I missed or was she supposed to be in the shop? I checked the shop almost every rotation and didn’t see her anywhere and no obviously the event is over I’m a tad confused.
She wasn’t added. People say it’s because the Whole Season is Halloween Themed so they can Release it whenever, but I think that’s a Load of Rubbish.
The Season should’ve been Diablo-Themed and the Mercy Skin should’ve been Released before Halloween ended.
There are still 28 days left in the season with a few more shop rotations
I doubt they’d release a Halloween skin after Halloween. I’m guessing the skin’s release was retconned or maybe it’ll be released next year who knows.
Shop update tomorrow, maybe then it’ll appear with the Illari epic I want.

Ramattra hasn’t had his skin in the shop either. It’s simply them leaving it for later in the season even if it would of been better earlier on in similar light of Bard Lucio and Cleric Lifeweaver being at the end of the Fantasy RPG season despite being advertised at the start.
Twitch drops that are skins are 95% of the time OW1 skins but there has been 2 OW2 shop skins that were available as drops a month ago (Captain Torb and Blue Steel Bap).
This Mercy skin you’re talking about is a new one so it will release in the shop soon I guess. If not it probably will release next year.
Its because of that weird 13 day period where they didnt update the shop. Would have been the perfect time to release that skin but instead they literally skipped the whole week.
When there is 2 months patch cycle, you can’t release everything around Halloween unless start releasing 2 months in advance.
What if they intended to drop the skin at that point, but they forgor? What if they thought they already did drop the skin? 
The skin is still flagged under the Season 7 filter. It’ll be out in the coming weeks.
I thought that was more themed around Dia de los Muertos, which was on the same day the Reaper skin was added to the shop (Nov 1).
There is no holiday event per say as far as the shop is concerned
It’s just part of the season rotation now…patience
