Hacks are incredibly sophisticated, and the only time you see obvious hacks like “Snapping to people” is when someone is rage hacking. You will have a hard time telling if someone is hacking now days. And yes, there are really sophisticated hacks that work for projectile heroes as well.
There is a lot of videos on this on youtube if you take 30 seconds to look. Things like hacks for DVA ultimate eatting, genji dashing, Tracer bombs, McCree proximity flash bangs (with priority), Aim assist hacks (much more subtle than snapping), projectile prediction, projectile proximity hacks, etc.
Yup. Projectile aim bot is old.
50 percent plasma gun anyone? lol (20 percent for a human is really good)
But apparently people still deny it exists?
Cute. Probably the hackers.
I do not like looking into cheats too much cause it just angers me.
Most cheat programs players get ban waved every month
So if you cheat in overwatch you are most likely gonna get ban
So a high level hacker is rare
No one will buy 1200 level with 100$ just to cheat on it and get ban
You mean where reaper is hiding around a corner and youre the one playing reaper and people can see your guns and they kill you because they know you are there?? That one?
yes they do… there is a huge market for them, also good cheats cost x5 or even 10 that lol
what are you talking about?
there is a cheat which targets the outline of a hero (the red/blue colour) so idk what ur talking about here and it still exists today just I think it’s based on a different thing and not the actual colour now.
Iam being sarcastic. If you look at some of the heroes their model falls outside walls and stuff. Reaper is one. His guns go outside the walls around corners and peoiple can see them and therefore know you are there. Not because of good game ply but because the model is sticking out. So bad game development
u really think they gonna waste their time getting to level 25 when they can just throw money at the screen lol
also less chance of them getting reported by the automated system as ppl will see their level and think “ah okay it’s not a smurf/cheater” in most cases unless you’re playing master/gm
because so many of the cheats are hard to see unless you’re an experienced player which is why so many of them get away with it and they don’t see their accountd harmed until they reach much higher ranks
btw u realise they are already paying like 500 dollar a month for it anyway, u know?? so if they can afford like 6000k a year to do that, then they can sure afford to get acct that will get banned in like 4 months
You really underestimating the lengths these people go to, and do not understand the subject
And here you claim just because someone is in masters under level 100 that they are 90% a cheater so what do you know bruh when you make assumptions like this and false report based on nothing?
At the same time, there are still fewer people running around with hacks than people seem to expect. Its great when I get claimed for hook botting on hog when a stupid McCree in death match keeps running up to me like he does every other character in a straight line trying to flashbang fth spam because he hasn’t been getting punished for his predictable behavior.
I have little faith in most people’s ability to actually be able to decipher any sort of hacking from regular gameplay.
It’s a phase many children (and some adults) go through where they have low self-esteem, but an insatiable urge to prove themselves by winning in an online game.
The anonymity adds to the temptation to cheat as well.
When I was much younger and brood war was first online with battle.net, my buddies and I would use a simple map hack to clear the fog of war so we could see what our enemies were doing. It didn’t even help us win all that much, it was just a power trip being like “OOOO I can SEE IT ALL!”.
Now that I’m older and I look back on those days I think “why??”. Why waste my time cheating when I could actually improve?
But I get it, it takes time and maturity to reach that mindset, and until then… hacking is a crappy aspect of online gaming that we just have to deal with.
Now when do we pressure companies to work with banks and credit card companies to block transactions with accounts of flagged individuals? Blizzard has their names, their credit card information, and through that, a direct link to their account. It seems silly to me that repeatedly banned individuals can just make a new account with the same information as last time lol.
