Sombra player “could” be worse, but it also “could” be that simply the hero itself performs worse.
The bigger the sample size the more objective stats become.
Tracer fires 2 bullets a shot, 40 bullets a second.

How are they OP and oppressive when they both constantly land her with negative win rates even in OWL?
Like, wouldn’t a hero having OP utility help them succeed more?
If she were to be nerfed, she’d need some pretty meaty compensation buffs. Both of them require follow-up to get consistent value out of. Having a team dependent hero have her utility that requires follow-up more than most, if not all, heroes become even easier to counter, would be nerfing a hero who is already under performing statistically.
We’ve had her for years. A lot of people know how to play her. That’s not really the issue anymore. I don’t think she needs buffs. I also don’t think she needs nerfs.

Why are people mostly talking about sombras abilities and not other hero abilities? A good mcree or dva can really hurt sombra. Hack is interrupted by literally any damage so Moira can basically prevent anyone from getting hacked with any sort of reaction time. Mcree has stun/headshot which negates her translocator. Dva has huge bullet spread that can be used to decloak her and also easily stop hack. Hanzo has sonic arrow and widow has sights (though widow isn’t amazing against her usually). Her ult is also cancelled by literally any stun and requires her to be near people (aka in stun range) for her ult to be effective. Sometimes she also dies to spam damage during ult cast (usually hilarious) and it’s cancelled. A team with any type of peel prevents her from getting picks and having a Lucio or Zen that hide when she has ult (learning to ult track is so helpful) and then use transcendence/beat after her ult can almost negate it. Hero switching and counter play is a major part of the game. Let’s try coming up with counter play ideas before declare every hero is op
What’s Sombra’s win rate and pick rate?
Well it matters if you look on ladder or in owl and on which specific ranks
But overall in ladder its:
1.32% pickrate
45.88 Winrate
Her pickrate is usaly higher the higher you go in ranked.
In OWL:
~20% pickrate
~48 match winrate
~51.5 ultfight winrate.
He doesn’t like dps heroes in general.
there is no counterplay hero to sombra. 
true, doesn’t mean that hack is too weak.
the ult one is acutally top tier, the other one is middle tier. But thats also cause it isn’T as refined as dva goats.
Torbjorn is but nobody uses him because he’s weak to everything else.
You can also use pretty much anyone who will be in a position to stop her and whom hack is ineffective like Soldier, Orisa, McCree etc.
Torb is in a undervalued state right now, he is extremly powerful, as is sym.
If you feel that way then play him when you’re annoyed by Sombra. Put your turret where you know she’ll have to deal with it or get interuppted when she goes to hack. And press overload when you hear her hacking noise.
I just listed all of the counterplay to sombra and even forgot torb which someone kindly added for me which you just said was undervalued. Does countering sombra take a little bit of teamwork? Yeah usually. Is this a team game? Yeah. Plenty of counterplay to sombra and if you think she’s that overpowered then you play with her and stomp because a lot of people are finding that they can’t. Probably low winrates due to no counterplay though right?..
do you have a team? No. Most of the time you dont have it in the eu servers.
low winrate cause of no team, and she needs a team.
And Sombra can just solo everything?
Sombra is one of the Heroes that need alot of Teamwork like Rein or Orisa
If there is no teamwork on the EU Servers (and there is I play there too) She would not work either you know…?

no. if you would understand i actually proved my argument, i said that there is no team play in eu server in response to that sombra needs teamwork to counter, and i said that sombra needs teamplay to work 
so,
So what you say is:
Sombra needs teamwork to counter (what is true) but there is non in EU Server (what isn’t true)
But Sombra also needs Teamwork to work herself (which you say there isn’t any) So She doesn’t work in your games? So how can you call Hack and EMP to OP when she doesn’t work in your games.
I would call that outcountering your own argument tbh…
