Ok So Echo can still fly when hacked because its not a passive activation. Feels little stupid but sure fine… But if you hack Echo 0.1 second before her ult is over. She will go back to Echo UNHACKED! Now what is up with that? Really blizzard on that one?

She can glide. But like i said if you hack her when she is in ULT mode. And she morphs into Echo again… The hack is gone… And she is free to do what ever she wants.
Fun fact, Echo’s Ult duplication gives her full HP after you knock her out of it.
I think Sombra should get a zarya bubble whenever she ults.
I mean we want to keep DPS balanced right?

Yea, apparently you can’t* kill an ult’ing Echo. Once you get her to 1HP she transforms back into Echo and gets full HP.

It’s similar to DVA tho isn’t it? She doesn’t stay hacked when she’s demeched, and nano doesn’t transfer either?

Oh I don’t agree with it whatsoever, but I’m guessing they’ve made it like that for consistency.
Well, Baby D.Va only has 150HP and has no abilities, just her pistol.
I don’t think it’s consistency honestly, I think it’s just them being lazy.
The fact that Sombra is even still in the game should tell you that the devs put consistency over reason every time
